Veronica Lau

Veronica is a new graduate Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from Bond University with a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics inJune 2023. Veronica has an academic background with a Master of Nutrition, Food Science, and Technology and a Bachelor in Food and Nutrition.

Veronica is interested in a wide range of clinical areas which include:

·       Gut health

·       Diabetes – type 1, 2 and gestational

·       Underweight/malnutrition

·       Paediatric

·       Weight management

Veronica also works in Woolworths on Saturday to ensure she is up to date on the products available in the market, welcome to say hi to her if you see her when you shop. When Veronica is off work, she loves swimming, so you might find her in the Coffs Memorial Swimming Pool after work and at weekends.

Veronica is a full member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
