You will work autonomously while also being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. Your caseload will be varied and may include (pending qualification):

  • Conducting workplace, functional capacity, ergonomic, and/or vocational assessments.
  • Reviewing medical information to determine functional abilities and limitations.
  • Identifying barriers and supports to return-to-work.
  • Developing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans in line with the worker’s capabilities, medical advice, and employer needs.

  • Delivering a wide range of dietetic care and education, including assessment, planning, referrals, monitoring, and management for individuals, families, and communities with diverse health needs.

  • Providing education and skill-building initiatives that empower the local health sector and enhance its capabilities.

Requirements
  • At least 12 month’s experience working as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD).  
  • Knowledge of best practice in private dietitian customer service delivery.

  • Experience with health promotion and marketing of dietitian services.
