What is your favourite meal to eat? That is the hardest question for me… Anything with lots of flavour; from garlic sauteed mushrooms on toast, to a slow cooked lamb ragout. There are too many choices!
If you were a super-hero, what 2 powers would you have? I love being underwater, so being able to stay under without a scuba tank would be amazing. And…being able to magically click my fingers to clean the house? (bit boring, but it would be good.)
What’s your go-to guilty pleasure? Reading a whole book in a day.
What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend? Scuba diving followed by a nap!
If you could live anywhere, where would it be? On a tropical island surrounded by white sand; blue warm water and good diving.
