Karina Hannaford
Remedial Massage Therapist
Karina is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist completing her studies here in Coffs Harbour in 2006 at the School of Natural Medicine.
Karina uses a range of techniques to achieve the best outcome for her clients such as cupping, tapping, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, relaxation and strives for a holistic approach.
Karina is a Practitioner in Pregnancy Massage and has a strong interest in women’s health and self- care. She has experienced working in busy massage clinics, gyms, 6 star cruise liners and chiropractic clinics.
Special Interest: Lymphoedema/lipoedema management, cupping
Karina is excited to come back to the Coffs Coast to live after spending many years overseas, in the NT and WA.
In her spare time you will find Karina doing yoga, at the beach or in the veggie garden with her kids.
If you won the lotto what would be the first thing you would do? Divide it up between my family.
What is your biggest accomplishment to date? My three beautiful children.
What are you three highest values? Family, Health and Nature.
What is your guilty pleasure? Cake.
What sports did you play growing up? Every sport I could to get me out of class. Hockey, volleyball, softball, athletics.
