Accredited Practising Dietitian
Jamie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), having graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) in 2023.
She is a registered member of Dietitians Australia, Australia's largest organisation of nutrition and dietetic professionals.
Jamie relocated to the Coffs Coast from Newcastle at the start of 2023, participating in a year-long rural immersion program which saw her last year of placements taking place in Coffs Harbour.
As a new graduate dietitian, Jamie is passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition principles into practical solutions tailored to each patient’s individual needs. She is also passionate about debunking conflicting nutrition advice and nutrition myths. Jamie works with a wide variety of patients, with referrals from GPs as well as private patients.

With a friendly demeanor and a genuine interest in each patient’s story, Jamie creates a welcoming space where open communication and trust can flourish.
Jamie enjoys the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Coffs Harbour and loves hanging out with friends and meeting new people. She enjoys keeping active through playing netball, going for runs or going for walks with friends.
