Trent Renshaw, Lymphoedema & Men’s Health Practitioner - Oncology, Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist

Trent is an experienced sports and remedial massage therapist with a strong background insport, performance, and rehabilitation. He graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2020, withelectives in Sports Massage and Nutrition.

Trent has competed all over the world as a professional triathlete and brings a high degree of performance focus to Hoys. He is a multiple-time ITU World Championships qualifier. His career highlights include representing Australia in the ASTC Asian Cup, ETU European Cup, and ITU World Cup.

Trent is committed to providing high-quality, client-centred care through the treatment andprevention of exercise and overuse-related injuries. From recreationally active individuals through to competitive athletes, Trent enjoys working with a wide range of clients. His goal is to help clients move better so they can performbetter.In recent years, Trent’s clinical interests have expanded into oncology-related rehabilitation, lymphoedema management, and men’s health.

He is an accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner with the Australian Lymphology Association and has undertaken additional training in oncology massage, scar therapy, male pelvichealth, and low-level laser therapy to help manage pain, swelling, and fatigue, supporting recovery after surgery, cancer treatment, or injury.

In 2025, Trent received the Healthy North Coast Excellence in Allied Health Award for establishing a male-focused oncology rehabilitation and pelvic health service that has helped improve recovery and survivorship outcomes for local men.
