Michallie graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor Degree in Science, a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Graduate Diploma in Work Health and Safety. She has since obtained accreditation as both an exercise scientist and exercise physiologist, and is a full member of the Exercise and Sports Science Association (ESSA).
Michallie grew up in a military family and did most of her schooling in Sydney and Canberra. After 18 months working and travelling abroad, she has decided to settle down on the beautiful mid-north coast where she is part of Sawtell Surf Life Saving Club and the Sawtell/Toormina Saints AFL.
Michallie believes that partnering exercise and effective goal setting provides the best medicine and through this she offers a holistic approach to exercise prescription and health management. Her clinical interests include exercise prescription for the elderly, pre and post cancer treatment, cardiovascular and neurological conditions and utilising exercise for mental health illness.
